During the past two years, Lorano Carter has been working with Amarillo College to develop a new art program for the college. This program is called Yellow City Art, and it is an effort to help promote artistic creativity in the community. The program is open to all Amarillo students, and offers workshops and other art related activities. It is located in the Visual Arts Center on the Amarillo College campus.

Several members of the “Hogg Life” gang were arrested and charged with federal drug crimes on Monday. According to authorities, oxycontin and alprazolam were recovered in the raid, along with a number of guns. The defendants have been formally indicted on a number of charges, including conspiracy, narcotics trafficking, and possession of an unregistered firearm. A total of nine members of the alleged gang have been indicted and penned in.
The Amarillo Police Department, along with federal law enforcement agencies, conducted a multi-pronged operation to catch the culprits. They recovered more than $17,000 in cash, four pistols, and nearly a kilogram of bulk marijuana. They also found several grams of the good stuff – the oxycontin. The Amarillo Times reports that there were at least seven different locations in the city where the drug was being manufactured. In addition, an anonymous caller reported that the drug was being posted on Snapchat.
Amarillo College

The Amarillo College School of Nursing requires students to wear a visible patch on their clothing. These patches can be purchased at the Amarillo College Bookstore. Amarillo College students are allowed to wear one small stud earring per ear.
Stanley Marsh
During the early years of Stanley Marsh Marsh III’s life, the Texas artist’s father and grandfather struck it rich during the oil boom of the mid-1920s. He went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s in American civilization from the University of Pennsylvania. Later, he became a banker and was involved in many different businesses. He also gained fame as a public artist. His art was popular in the Amarillo area. He created mock road signs and other pieces. He was also a well-known prankster. He had several lawsuits filed against him in the past.
In 2012, a special prosecutor in Amarillo filed charges against Marsh. According to prosecutors, Marsh sexually abused a child and paid the teenagers with cash and cars. In addition, he allegedly paid them with drugs and alcohol. He was indicted on felony counts. However, there is no set trial date for Marsh. His wife has been granted guardianship of the man after he was hospitalized for a series of strokes.
During his childhood, Stanley Marsh Marsh showed an aptitude for art. He enrolled at Amarillo High School and attended the University of Pennsylvania. After graduation, he began his career as a banker. He then opened his own television station, KVII, and sold it in 2002. He was also involved in the business community, including the oil and gas industry.
